Well, not really...more like just telling you what I've been reading and listening to...so many of my friends were talking about
Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn:
I'm not going to give away any spoilers but I will say that it was quite a book! When I first started it, I wasn't sure if I'd like it...found it very difficult to care enough about the characters to keep going, but then shortly after that I was hooked. Unique plot. Interesting style. Surprises you never saw coming.
What am I listening to? No surprise here that I was all excited about the release of Tim McGraw's newest album (sorry...still have trouble calling it anything else...) Had so much fun seeing Tim on tour this past summer...Really like the new release...especially "Number 37405 - a song that gripped me from the first listen.

I read Dark Places last year, and I'm interested in reading Gone Girl now. I too have heard a lot of people talking about it.
